Partnerships for Transportation: A Toolkit for Legislators
This toolkit, published by the National Conference of State Legislatures,
includes a 120+ page report constituting a broad synthesis of PPP information,
policy context, lessons learned, etc. The focus is to provide a litany what
should be considered in draft legislation in support of PPPs.
